Note: Any professional club affiliated to the Chinese Basketball Association
shall use this template Foreign Player Employment Contract for the registration of foreign players who are employed to participate in the Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League on behalf of the club, otherwise no registration will be granted.
本合同签订后应立即提交中国篮协及中篮联（北京）体育有限公司备案，备案时间将
作为判断球员归属争议的重要依据之一。
This Foreign Player Employment Contract shall be filed at the Chinese Basketball Association and the CBA League (Beijing) Sports Co., Ltd. upon execution. The time of successful filing will be regarded as one of the vital
evidences in the resolution of registration-related disputes.
