Logistics Services Agreement
本物流服务协议（以下简称为“本协议”）由以下双方签署：
This Logistics Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) is entered into by and between the following parties:

委托方与受托方在本协议中也可称为“一方”或合称为“双方”。
The Consignor and the Consignee may either be referred to separately as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
经双方公平协商， 就委托方采购受托方的物流及其相关增值服务达成如下协议：
Upon fair negotiation, the Parties reach the following agreement with respect to the Consignor’s purchase of the logistics services and their related value-added services from the Consignee:
定义 Definition
商户：是指通过销售订单向消费者出售货物，并通过委托方系统，将货物及其包裹委托予委托方寄送给消费者的卖家。
Merchant: refers to the seller who sells Goods to consumers via sales orders and consigns the Consignor through the Consignor’s system to send the Goods and parcels thereof to the consumers.
消费者：特指货物的最终收件人。
Consumers: exclusively refer to the ultimate recipients of Goods.
物流服务：指委托方向受托方所采购的物流服务，服务内容包括但不限于发货地提货服务、集货仓仓储及出入库服务、跨境干线运输服务、清关服务、收货地配送服务和/或与上述服务相关的增值服务等，受托方所实际提供的服务以附件2《具体服务项目及服务标准》确定的服务内容为准。
Logistics services:refer to the logistics services purchased by the Consignor from the Consignee. The services include but not limited to the shipment pick-up from certain place of dispatch, warehousing & inventory management, and parcel inbound & outbound, cross-border transport, customs clearance, distribution service at certain place of receipt, and/or value-added services with respect to the abovementioned services.
