甲方就
项目（下称“项目”）中有关法律服务事宜，甲、乙双方依据《中华人民共和国民法典》和其他相关法律、法规的有关规定订立本合同。
For Party A’s legal services related to the ________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), Party A and Party B have entered into this contract in accordance with the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.
委托事项
乙方接受甲方委托，指派
律师为甲方项目提供法律服务。乙方指派的律师因不可抗力及其他特殊情况（如发生交通事故、疾病等），乙方可指派其他律师继续办理。
Article 1 Entrusted Affairs
Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns lawyer
to provide legal services for Party A’s project. Due to force majore or other special circumstances (such as traffic accidents, illnesses, etc.) assigned by the lawyer appointed by Party B, Party B may appoint another lawyer to proceed.

乙方的义务
乙方律师应当勤勉、尽责地完成第二条所列法律工作。
乙方律师应当尽最大努力维护甲方利益。
乙方律师应当在取得甲方委托和收到甲方提供的文件资料后，及时完成委托事项，并应甲方要求通报工作进程。
乙方律师对其获知的甲方商业秘密负有保密责任，非由法律规定或者甲方同意，不得向任何第三方披露。
