婚前财产协议
Prenuptial Agreement
本协议由以下双方订立：
This agreement is made and entered by and between the following Parties:

鉴于甲乙双方有意在中国登记结婚，双方为明确双方婚前财产和婚后收入事宜，双方经协商，就婚前财产归属和婚后收入分配达成如下协议：
Whereas Party A and Party B intend to register their marriage in China; and Party A and Party B intend to clarify their prenuptial assets and property prior to their marriage and make arrangement of the income after marriage. It is agreed as follow to be binding on both Parties hereto:
婚前财产分配
Allocation of Prenuptial Property
甲方的婚前财产在婚后仍属于甲方个人所有；乙方的婚前财产在婚后仍属于乙方个人所有。
Party A’s prenuptial personal property shall remain the sole property of Party A after his marriage with Party B; and Party B’s prenuptial personal property shall remain the sole property of Party B after her marriage with Party A.
双方承认各方在下列公司的股份和股权为各方婚前个人财产。
The Parties agree and acknowledge that the shares and stock right in following companies are personal prenuptial property of either Party:
