外国剧团演出邀请合同 Contract of Foreign Theartre Play Performance This Agreement is signed between          Co.Ltd (Hereinafter referred as the Promoter) and           Theatre (Hereinafter referred as the Company). WHEREBY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: Engagement/schedule Upon and subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Promoter hereby engages the Company and the Company accepts the engagement to give in a 7 days tour with the program titled “          ” in China, during           . This tour will be a part of           （文化节日）in China hosted by promoter. There will be            （演出次数）performances for whole tour. The Company ensures will not arrange any other tours of the same program to China before and 4 weeks after the tour date agreed by both sides in the Agreement. If there’re any other tour invite from China during the period above mentioned, the Company shall transfer this invitation to the Promoter in time and the Promoter shall try to link the date with the tour of in China, detail terms of this new tour arrangement can be discussed by both sides. The performance runs for about 3 h 20 min. Program:(2 performances)                           The tour includes persons including performers, technicians, director and producer. Finance  The performance fee will be           Euro in total for the whole tour.(Not including international freight costs) The total amount fee will be paid by bank transfer to the Company. Performance fee payment schedule:  50% before departure date. 50% 10days after the whole tour. The international freight cost will be paid by Company. Other than above mentioned items, the promoter will not pay any other fees in term of cash or bank transfer.
